Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel an Order
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our warehouse, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. To cancel your order, email us at support@pixelplaza.in.

If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, we will debit a cancellation charge of 5%. The balance amount shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment. The refund might take 3 to 5 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway

Refund
After purchase that product will not be refundable. But in some cases  like manufacturing defect or damage, wrong product, just email us at support@pixelplaza.in with your order no. and product details.
Please note that a refund will be issued only if we are responsible for the reason of return. In case of any damage to the product at the customer’s end, we are not liable to provide any refund.
After we receive the product back at our warehouse we will initiate the refund of your money within 4-5 business days. The money will be credited back to you as per your bank guidelines.
